*Changes to day/time/location must be made at reasonable notice no less than 12 hours 

In emergency this can be negotiated

Communication is expected

* A 25% Non-Refundable deposit is to be made at time of booking 

* Photos will not be delivered until Final payment is made - Receipt of all payments included

* Please allow upto 3 weeks for photos otherwise arranged prior to shoot
